SeniorVue (“SeniorVue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform to help individuals and organizations find, manage, and coordinate senior care information and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use SeniorVue.

SeniorVue operates a senior care guidance and provider-management platform for individuals, families, and care providers.

3. SMS and text messaging communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in, SeniorVue may send you SMS or MMS messages, including service-related notifications, account updates, availability alerts, and other informational or operational messages. In some cases, messages may include marketing or promotional content related to SeniorVue services.
Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from SeniorVue. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service unless explicitly stated.
Opt-out and help: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Message delivery and data use: SMS messages are delivered using third-party communication providers, including Twilio. Phone numbers and message content are used only to deliver and support messaging services, comply with legal requirements, and operate the platform. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS message data, and we do not use SMS data for advertising or ad targeting.
Content limitations: SeniorVue does not intentionally send protected health information (PHI) via SMS. Users are encouraged not to include sensitive medical or personal health details in text messages.
4. Google Sign-In / OAuth data
If you choose to sign in with Google, SeniorVue receives certain information from your Google account as permitted by the OAuth scopes you authorize, such as your name, email address, and basic profile information.
How we use Google user data: We use Google account data only to authenticate you, create or link your SeniorVue account, and provide SeniorVue services. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or building user profiles unrelated to SeniorVue.
5. How we use information
We use information to: provide, maintain, and improve SeniorVue and its features; create and manage accounts and authenticate users; send service-related communications, including SMS and email; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the platform; comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers who help operate the platform (such as hosting, communications, analytics, and customer support providers). These providers may use data only to perform services for SeniorVue.
